Return Policy & Repairs
There are no refunds/returns on beaded bracelet jewelry. This includes items bought on sale at a discounted price and items purchased at vending/pop up events. All sales are final. We will honor repairs.
Due to safety concerns with Covid-19, we are not accepting returns on any items. If an items comes to you damaged, please report it to customer service within 48 hours of the receipt of purchase at email@example.com.
If your bracelet is broken, please contact us as within 7 days after receipt your initial purchase. If within 7 days, we will do a complimentary jewelry repair. You will be responsible to the shipping cost back to the store. We will ship back to you free of charge. If you contact us outside of the 7 day window, you will be charged a restringing fee and shipping. Please return all pieces of the original bracelet. If not, substitutions will be made based on whatever is readily available.
Please be sure to make a note at the time of purchase if your item needs to be resized. Beaded items can be resized at no cost if it is stated at the time of purchase. If you do not specify needing a resize at the time of purchase, you may be subject to a restringing fee.
After a year or so, your bracelet may fit more loosely, if you would like it to be tightened, please email us. The first retightening is free, subsequent services may be subject to a restringing fee.
